Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for students in on-campus student homes.
Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities:
Driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other essential tasks are part of the job. Couples must work together to create a supportive environment for students.
