Job Duties:
As houseparents, you'll provide a nurturing and structured family-like environment for students. This involves guiding and supporting approximately 8-12 students while managing daily responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting. You'll work closely with your spouse to ensure a smooth operation of the student home and provide support to students during their time at MHS.
Eligibility:
We're looking for experienced couples who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must have been legally married for at least two years, be age 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. Additionally, you must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, limit pets, and hold valid driver's licenses. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
