Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents, providing guidance and nurturing to a group of students in a family-like environment.
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will work together to create a stable and supportive home environment for approximately 8-12 students. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, administering medication, and providing emotional support to the students.
**Compensation Package**
We offer a highly competitive salary package of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and other benefits.
**Job Requirements**
To be eligible for this position, you and your spouse must have at least two years of marriage experience. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
You will also be required to obtain certifications for driving student home vans and demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff members serve as role models for the students.
