Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents.
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, being legally married for at least two years, and having no more than three dependent children.
A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
