What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance Couples position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we are committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for our students. We are seeking a dedicated couple to join our team as family-inspired student coordinators.
As a couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily care and supervision of students
- Assisting with meal planning and preparation
- Driving students to appointments and activities
- Administering medication as needed
- Monitoring student behavior and reporting any concerns to school administrators

Requirements for the position include:
