What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance Couples position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to become part of our community as Residential Youth Caregivers. As a couple, you will provide a supportive and guiding presence for groups of 8-12 students in a residential setting.
Applicants should have a strong commitment to supporting the educational and personal growth of students. They should also meet specific qualifications, including experience working or volunteering with youth and being able to lift up to 50 pounds.
