What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance Mentors position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking two-person teams to become Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will provide a nurturing environment for our students in a family-like setting, residing on-campus in a student home.
Responsibilities will include managing household responsibilities, ensuring the well-being of the students, and providing a consistent family-like structure. Our ideal candidates have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
We offer a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
