What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance Mentors position at Milton Hershey School?
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for experienced couples who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have at least two years of marriage. You should also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
