What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance Partners position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking dynamic married couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As part of our team, you will reside in on-campus student homes and be responsible for guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students each, providing a family-like structure and support for their academic and personal growth.
Key qualifications for this role include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home, and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our flexible schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
