What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance Partners position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a couple to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to a small group of students in a residential setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Couples must be at least 27 years old and have been legally married for at least two years. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
The comprehensive benefits package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings. Relocation assistance and paid training are also provided.
