Nurturing Leaders at Milton Hershey School provide a stable and supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Married Couple Houseparents, you will guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students, promoting their emotional and educational growth.
In this unique role, you will live on-campus with your spouse and handle responsibilities including daily care, education support, and transportation. You will work closely with students, providing guidance and support to help them thrive. The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy. Valid driver's licenses are required, as well as the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
