Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing groups of students aged pre-K to 12th grade. As flex houseparents, you and your spouse will reside on-campus, providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a family-like environment for students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and academic needs are met
- Drive students to activities and appointments, administer medication, and handle other responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive community for students
- Attend daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Age 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
