Role and Responsibilities
Couples will serve as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, couples will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

Qualifications and Requirements
Couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must also meet certain age and family size requirements, and be able to pass a background check. Additionally, they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
