Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Guidance Specialists. This unique opportunity allows you to provide a family-like environment for students in need while receiving comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
As a Youth Guidance Specialist, you will reside on-campus with your spouse and work together to support the academic, emotional, and social growth of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
The compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, making it approximately $150,000 per couple. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
Flexibility is key in this role, with a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. You will have personal time while students are at school, allowing you to recharge and focus on your responsibilities.

To be eligible for this position, you must be a married couple with a minimum of two years of marriage, both spouses must be 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
We are looking for couples who demonstrate a high degree of integrity, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
