Salary and Benefits: As a Youth Development Specialist, you can expect a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple when including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Youth Development Specialist is to provide a stable and supportive environment for students. Daily tasks include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, couples cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. They must also abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies and adhere to our Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services requirements.
Qualifications: To be eligible for this role, applicants must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, they must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and complete individual employment applications.
