We are seeking a dedicated couple to join our team as Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you will play a vital role in supporting and nurturing our students in an on-campus residential setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily activities and provision of mentorship to students
- Ensuring the wellbeing of students in an on-campus residential setting
- Driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting responsibilities
