Job Summary
Milton Hershey School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Transitional Living Assistant. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in helping high school seniors develop the essential life skills necessary for success after graduation.
In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to mentor students, create and facilitate recreational activities, and collaborate with staff to enhance program delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor high school seniors in campus residence buildings
- Create and supervise evening & weekend recreational activities
- Take students to Sunday chapel services
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to continually evaluate and enhance the program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van
- Experience working in youth residential settings a plus
