Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, providing an exceptional education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Key responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and handling other household responsibilities. You will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school.
