Job Description
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will be part of a supportive team that provides a family-like environment for groups of students living on campus. Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing students, administering medication, budgeting, and participating in daily devotions. You will also have the opportunity to lead students in daily activities and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be married for at least two years and both 27 years old or older. We require a valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans. A high school diploma or GED is also necessary.
