Youth Mentoring Coordinators

In this role, you will work closely with a group of 8-12 students in an on-campus home, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential. As a Youth Mentoring Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment, and promoting social-emotional learning. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as student development, conflict resolution, and leadership.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must be a married couple who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. High school diploma or GED is required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
