Job Responsibilities
Flex houseparents will work together to create a positive and structured home environment for our students. This includes:
- Guiding youth and providing emotional support
- Handling daily administrative tasks
- Providing a consistent family-like structure
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
