What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Mentors and Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as youth mentors and coordinators. As a part of our residential program, you will work closely with students from disadvantaged backgrounds to provide guidance and support.
As a married couple, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily devotions and Sunday chapel services
- Develop and implement educational programs
- Provide guidance and support to students
- Work collaboratively with other staff members
