Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, where you will provide guidance and support for personal development of 8-12 students from under-served backgrounds. This unique role requires couples to reside on-campus and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience as a couple, while also making a positive impact on the lives of students. Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support for personal development of students
- Reside on-campus with your spouse
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
