Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a family-like structure for your students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy living environment for your students. This includes adhering to the school's rules and regulations regarding smoking, weapons, and pets. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work collaboratively with your spouse and other staff members, communicate effectively with students and parents, and maintain confidentiality when necessary. Benefits include a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
