Job Description:
Houseparents at Milton Hershey School guide and support a group of 8-12 students, ensuring their well-being and helping them develop important life skills. This role is ideal for married couples who are passionate about youth mentorship and caregiving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Assist with daily activities such as homework help and transportation
- Counsel and mentor students to help them reach their full potential
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
