Key Responsibilities
- Reside in on-campus homes with students
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior among students
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure students' needs are met
Requirements
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple
