About the Role
The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like structure.
Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Guide students through daily activities and ensure a supportive environment
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couple for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
