We are seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers, where they will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students.
The ideal candidates should have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be committed to maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.

As a Flex Houseparent, you will have the opportunity to work closely with your spouse and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive environment for our students. You will also be able to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
To qualify for this position, you must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
