Responsibilities
As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to 8-12 students in a family-like setting. This will include:
- Meal preparation and planning
- Homework assistance and tutoring
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Encouraging students to participate in extracurricular activities
- Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Experience working with youth, preferably in an under-served setting
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and become certified to drive student home vans

- A total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple
