Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Transitional Living Assistant to join our team. As a mentor, you will work closely with high school seniors in a residential setting, equipping them with essential life skills for future success.
Your responsibilities will include supervising students, coordinating recreational activities, and fostering an environment of personal growth and responsibility. This role requires exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage conflict and inspire others.
This year-round position offers competitive compensation, including a minimum annual salary of $48,799, plus a benefits package. Housing and utilities are provided, and up to $2,800 in relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
