Milton Hershey School is seeking a Youth Support and Development Team Member to join our team. In this role, you and your spouse will work together to provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of these young individuals while working together as a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students in a family-like environment
- Assist with daily responsibilities such as medication administration, budgeting, and reporting
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation of the student home
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
