What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support and Guidance Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?

We seek highly motivated and compassionate individuals who share our passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively as a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
Candidates must also have relevant experience working with children or youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and meet all qualifications outlined below.
