What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support and Guidance Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples who share our passion for youth development and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. As a Flex Houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students. This unique role offers an opportunity to provide a consistent family-like structure, guiding and nurturing our students as they grow and develop.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
