Nurturing and Caring for Students
As a Houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for guiding and caring for 8-12 students. You and your spouse will work together to create a nurturing, family-like environment that provides a sense of belonging and stability for these young individuals.
Your experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, will be invaluable in helping these students achieve their full potential. You will execute responsibilities related to transportation, medication, and budgeting, ensuring that each student receives the support and care they need to succeed.

Requirements:
- Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses being age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students
