What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Support Couples position at Milton Hershey School?

We are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Support Couples. In this role, you will live on campus and provide a supportive family environment for students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
