A Day in the Life of a Flex Houseparent
As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will work closely with your spouse to provide guidance and nurturing to our students in a supportive and family-like environment. Your day will consist of managing daily responsibilities, including activities, medication administration, and student transportation.
You will also have the opportunity to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. In addition, you will ensure a structured living experience for our students.
Benefits:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)
