At Milton Hershey School, we are looking for Student Home Leaders who can provide a nurturing environment for students in need. Married couples residing in on-campus student homes will guide and support students, providing a family-like structure and responsibilities such as driving and administering medication.
Applicants should have relevant work experience, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and complete individual employment applications.
