As a Houseparents, Full-Time at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students. This role requires driving, administering medication, managing daily household tasks, and leading students in daily devotions.
We are seeking married couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person (a total of approx. $150,000 per couple), free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
