As a Youth Support Partner at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will form a close-knit family unit with a group of 8-12 students, providing them with a stable and loving environment that encourages growth, learning, and development. Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities, handling various tasks, and providing emotional support and guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
