Role Overview
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. This is a two-person job that requires a strong partnership between spouses, with a focus on providing a nurturing environment for students.

As Houseparents, your responsibilities will include:
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.

- Providing a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Guiding students in daily activities and responsibilities
- Handling tasks such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
