Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Youth Support Professionals with flexible schedules. As a member of our team, you will reside on-campus and provide a supportive family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding, supporting, and caring for the students, as well as managing daily living tasks.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple). You'll also receive relocation assistance and paid training. Our flexible schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with three-week paid summer vacation.
To succeed in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
