We are seeking married couples to join our team as On-Campus Family Structure Leaders at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you and your spouse will provide a nurturing and family-like environment for disadvantaged students, guiding them in their academic and personal growth.
The compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person (totaling approximately $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You and your spouse will enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school.
As a Family Caregiver, you and your spouse will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring student safety and well-being, and providing a supportive living space. This is a rewarding opportunity for couples who want to make a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged youth.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application. The ideal candidate couple should have experience working or volunteering with youth and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
