We are seeking a skilled and compassionate couple to join our team as Youth Development Specialists. As flex houseparents, they will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with youth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be responsible for managing a group of 8-12 students, including transportation, medication administration, and budget reporting.
A key aspect of this role is leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services. This requires a high level of commitment and a willingness to be a positive influence in the lives of students.
Couples must be comfortable living on-campus and being available to work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. They will also receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
