Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. This unique opportunity involves living on-campus and providing care and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
About the Role
As a flex houseparent, you will work together with your spouse to provide a stable and supportive family environment for approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, among other tasks.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We also require that you hold a high school diploma or GED and are able to lift up to 50 lbs.
