Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. This unique career path allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of disadvantaged students while providing a nurturing family-like environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include supervision, daily activities, transportation, and maintaining a safe living space.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more). Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
