Compensation Package
Our compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, with a total package of approximately $150,000 for couples. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Responsibilities
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will provide guidance and a family-like structure for 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe living environment, administering care, and supporting students in their daily activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). Couples must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and no alcohol is permitted while on duty.
