As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment for our students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
In this unique career path, you and your spouse will serve as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include managing daily routines, providing emotional support, and handling tasks such as budgeting and reporting.
