Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, guiding and nurturing them in a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role requires driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting responsibilities.

Our generous compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling around $150,000 per couple, plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
You must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted as pets.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and commitment, working as a team to foster a supportive environment for the students. They must also complete an individual employment application.
