We are hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for students. Flex houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Initially, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
The compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Paid training is also provided, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off ensures work-life balance.
