As a flex houseparent, you'll live on campus in a student home, caring for a small group of students and providing guidance and support. You'll develop close relationships with students, helping them navigate academic challenges, personal struggles, and emotional needs. You'll also participate in daily devotions, lead students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and engage in activities that promote social-emotional growth and development.
